At Shore Vibes, we believe you should be the guest at your own event. Our full-service picnic experience is designed for those who want a beautiful, "coastal-boho" setting without the heavy lifting.

What goes into your Shore Vibes setup?

Beyond the beautiful decor, every booking includes over 5 hours of

dedicated behind-the-scenes care:

Professional Curation: We hand-select and pack your coordinated tablescape, including our signature handcrafted decor.

​

On-Site Logistics: We handle the delivery, heavy lifting, and precision styling at your chosen location so it’s "camera-ready" when you arrive.

​

The Clean-Up: When you’re finished, simply walk away. We return to pack down, site-clean, and handle the professional laundering of all linens and sanitization of every item.

The "Luxe" Standard

Every Shore Vibes picnic is styled with high-quality, professional pieces, protective under-layers and premium beige rugs for a clean, comfortable base.

The Comfort: Oversized European pillows and coordinated table runners.

The Setting: Full tablescape including side plates, cutlery sets (dessert fork & spoon), and cloth napkins with rings.

​

The Atmosphere: Handcrafted vases with dried floral arrangements, coasters, and battery-operated candles (perfect for public parks and beaches).

 

The Drinkware: Your choice of Tumblers, Wine, or Champagne glassware.

The Intimate Set (2 Guests): $240

Perfect for proposals, anniversaries, or date night.

 

The Social Set (Up to 8 Guests): $270

Our most popular choice for birthdays and baby showers.

 

The Celebration Set (Up to 14 Guests): $320 

The ultimate group experience for larger gatherings.

The Fusion Set (Up to 20 Guests): $400 

A relaxed flow providing guests the option to choose between the low seating area (up to 14 ppl) as well as an additional high table with decor for 6 more people. Please note this does not include seating, this is an additional standing option only.

We proudly service the Sunshine Coast. Complimentary delivery is included for all locations within a 30km radius of Nirimba.​
